Biochar additive

High nitrogen content in your feedstock can create a toxic environment for biogas production. Our engineered biochar additive reduces growth limitations by absorbing the excess nitrogen like a sponge, promoting favourable conditions for your cultures and maximizing biogas yield. It can simply be fed directly into an anaerobic digester without requiring any complex handling or modification to existing plants. It can be separated with the liquid fraction of digestate and further used for soil application, enabling slow, controlled, nutrient release, long-term carbon storage, and water retention.
Enzyme additive
O-Zyme
The O-Zyme enzyme cocktail mix unlocks the full potential of your feedstock by degrading complex organic matter into sugars that can efficiently be converted to biogas. This not only increases gas yield, but also enhances the efficiency of the process by boosting feedstock capacity, lowering operational costs by reducing viscosity and degradation speed, and allowing the use of cheaper feedstocks. This product is produced using liquid digestate, turning waste into a new source of value for biogas plants.
